Wallace State Theatre to Hold Auditions for Shrek: The Musical Next Thursday
HANCEVILLE, Ala.–Wallace State Theatre announces open auditions for Shrek: The Musical. All students and community members welcome! Auditions will be Thursday, August 29, beginning at 2:30 pm at WSCC’s Burrow Center. Auditions will last until 6 p.m. Participants should prepare 32 bars of a song that shows range and bring an accompaniment CD or marked sheet music. Participants should also be prepared to read from the script, and bring appropriate attire for a group dance audition.
High school students interested in receiving college credit for participating in the production may enroll in Theatre Workshop as a dual enrollment student.
