HANCEVILLE, Ala.–“Old Time Rock ‘N Roll” will take center stage when the Wallace State Singers put on the 2013 Spring Sing next week. Directed by Tiffany Richter, this popular annual song and dance event will celebrate the music of the 1950s and ‘60s.

Performances will be held Thursday, Friday and Saturday, March 14th, 15th and 16th, at 7 p.m. each night in the Recital Hall at the Burrow Center for the Fine and Performing Arts.

Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for students, and free for children under 5.
The Wallace State Concert Choir has been invited to perform at the Kennedy Center and the Lincoln Memorial as part of the International Music Festival in Washington. D.C. in April. Choir members will have the opportunity to take part in a master class presided over by an official from The International Music Festival. Funds from the 2013 Spring Sing will help pay for students to participate in the choir tour.
