Wallace State’s Baptist Campus Ministries wins organization's flag football state championship

HANCEVILLE – Wallace State’s Baptist Campus Ministries’ men’s flag football team prevailed as BCM state tournament champions earlier this month, cruising to a comfortable 40-6 victory over Auburn’s team at the University of Montevallo.
Members of the team are Sam Hollis and Daniel Hollis, both of Oneonta; Spencer Byrd, Micah Chambers, Michael Williams, Joshua Weldon, Luke Ray, Kanzaz Bailey and Kyle Keaton, all of Fairview; Adam Netherton, Charles Stanley and James Butler, each of Cullman, Dusty Colburn of Holly Pond; Andrew Agyin-Birikorang of Florence and Kofi Forkuoh of Tampa, Fla.
Christy Hicks is Wallace State’s BCM sponsor.
