Wallace State’s Healthy Living Festival planned for Oct. 1

HANCEVILLE – Wallace State will host a Healthy Living Street Festival on Tuesday, Oct. 1, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Student Center parking lot.
Students and employees from Wallace State’s Wellness Center, nursing department, massage therapy program and occupational therapy will be among the vendors present at the festival. Demonstrations of yoga, Zumba and CrossFit are also scheduled for 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., respectively.
If inclement weather postpones the festival, Tuesday, Oct. 8 is the makeup date.
