Wallace State’s priority online fall registration begins Monday, June 22
HANCEVILLE, ALA. – Priority online registration for Wallace State Community College’s fall 2015 semester begins Monday, June 22.
Wallace State students with 45+ previously earned credit hours can register first during priority registration. Students with 30+ hours can register beginning Wednesday, June 24 and those with 15+ previously earned hours can register on June 26. All other students can register beginning Monday, June 29.
Fall semester registration continues through August 19. Classes begin Thursday, Aug. 13.

Students are encouraged to meet with an advisor early to establish a plan of study to accomplish their educational and career goals.
A new Freshman Seminar, called “GPS” will provide students an opportunity to further pursue those goals while beginning their capstone and portfolio projects.
New and recently added program offerings include Sustainable Agriculture, Patient Care Specialist and Transportation Management. The following programs are also intently focussed on enrolling students, as many have seen a surge in employment opportunities and not enough job applicants to meet the current demand: Agriculture, Business, Child Development (online), Clinical Lab, Collision Repair, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, Culinary, Emergency Medical Services, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Horticulture, Human Services, Medical Assisting, Paralegal, Pharmacy Technology, Polysomnography, Poultry Science and Visual Communications.
Wallace State offers classes during the day, evening and weekends. Many courses are available online, and several programs have completely online completion options, including Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, Computer Science, Child Development, Business, and Computer Science.
