Wallace State's Hall named Player of the Week for third time

MONTGOMERY – Cidavia Hall of defending ACCC champion Wallace State has been named the ACCC Volleyball Player of the Week for the week of September 14-20.  This is her third honor of the season.
Hall led the Lady Lions to a 3-0 week, with wins over Lawson State, Southern Union, and Wallace-Selma.  The Lady Lions didn’t drop a set in going 9-0.  For the week, Hall accumulated 47 kills while hitting .758.  She also had 17 solo blocks, and assisted on 7.
The sophomore middle hitter from Dothan, AL leads the ACCC in kills (301), kills per set (4.07), hitting percentage (.642) and blocks per set (1.72).  Hall’s hitting percentage currently leads the NJCAA.
The Lady Lions currently stand at 22-4 overall and 10-0 in the ACCC.
