Wallace State men’s basketball hosting Hampton Inn Thanksgiving Bash on Nov. 25-26
HANCEVILLE, Ala. – Wallace State’s men’s basketball team is hosting the third annual Hampton Inn Thanksgiving Bash on Nov. 25-26 at Tom Drake Coliseum. The two-day event begins Friday and features high school and college teams.
High schools participating in the tournament are R.A. Hubbard, Falkville, Phil Campbell, Coosa Christian School, Oneonta, Central (Florence), Douglas and Cleveland. Coosa Christian School, located in Gadsden, is the high school tournament host.
Wallace State, Jeff Davis, North American (Texas) University and Walters State make up the collegiate field.
Central (Florence), Cleveland and North American University each competed in the tournament last season.
Admission is $8 and $3 for children ages 10 and under. Games begin at noon on Friday and 11 a.m. on Saturday.

Hamptonality Bracket Consolation:
12:30 p.m. – loser of game 1 vs. loser of game 2
College Bracket
2 p.m. – Jeff Davis vs. Walters State
4 p.m. – Wallace State vs. North American University
Honors Bracket Championship:
6 p.m. – winner of game 1 vs. winner of game 2
Hamptonality Bracket Championship:
7:30 p.m. – winner of game 1 vs. winner of game 2
