Wallace State Dance holding community cast auditions for “Nutcracker” performance

HANCEVILLE, Ala. — Wallace State Community College’s Dance program is holding auditions on Saturday, Sept. 14 for community members who would like to participate in a production of “Clara’s Dream” from the “Nutcracker.”

Auditions will be held at 10 a.m. for children 8 to 11 years old, no dance experience is necessary, and at 11 a.m. for children and teens 12 years old and older. Auditions will be held in the Wellness Center, located next to Tom Drake Coliseum.

Participation is free of charge. Rehearsals will take place on Saturday mornings and performances will be held Nov. 22 and 23 at 7 p.m. at Wallace State.
