Wallace State-Oneonta campus hosting CDL orientation on Dec. 20

ONEONTA, ALA. – Wallace State-Oneonta is hosting a Commercial Driver License (CDL) orientation meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 20 at 10 a.m., as the campus prepares to offer CDL classes beginning in January.
Wallace State’s CDL classes train individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills to drive trucks and buses, delivery vehicles, for-hire vehicles and other commercial vehicles. CDL classes can be completed in four weeks and have students immediately ready to fulfill a high-demand profession.
Wallace State already conducts CDL training at its Hanceville campus and at the Winston County Works site in Double Springs.
Evening and weekend CDL training is also available through Wallace State’s program. Financial aid assistance is available.
